This project consists of the rehabilitation and expansion of the old facilities of the ‘Indústria Alimentar Trofense’ to house the new Trofa council building.
The long, narrow geometry runs parallel to the old railway line and ends in an arch pointing north. Inside there is an empty space with high ceilings, allowing visual contact between the different rooms on the different floors of the building.
